User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of Hack Ex (developed by CNC Apps, LLC) can request the deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly within the Hack Ex app by following these steps:
- Open the Hack Ex app on your device.
- Navigate to the My Device section.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed from our systems:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- Game progress, level, reputation, and statistics
- In-game currency balances and transaction history
- Software, devices, and inventory
- Messages and logs
- Any data received from Facebook Login (user ID and email address)
